Our cheer bows are constructed and reinforced for durability and will last a long time with proper care. For this reason and due to the nature of bows being worn in the hair, we do not accept returns except when the bow is defective in workmanship (is missing pieces or is improperly constructed). We cannot guarantee or warranty the pony tail holders used for the bows as we do not manufacture them but each elastic is hand-tested before being reinforced and attached to the bows. In order to best ensure the longevity of your cheer bow, do not use the bow itself to secure a ponytail — use a separate ponytail holder first, then add the bow. When removing the bow from the hair, carefully undo the loops of elastic and try not to pull hard.
Your bow should be gently spot-cleaned only. Do not submerse the bow in water or use an iron on it as this may loosen the glues used to construct it. We suggest you store your bow in a container or in a way that does not put stress on the ponytail holder.
Our bow loops are specifically designed to stand up rather than roll back, but in order to make sure your cheer bow is front-facing, make sure your ponytail is high up on the crown of the head. The higher the ponytail, the better the bow will stand up and face forward.
Our boutique hair bows are also carefully hand constructed and can only be returned due to defects in materials or workmanship (missing/broken pieces or improperly constructed).
